Information on the processing of personal data

The company Cool mind s.r.o. with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, ID number 04732642 is committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us. It is important for you to know that we process the personal data you provide to us responsibly, transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. You have the right to request information about your registered personal data, its correction or deletion, if it is granted on the basis of your consent. If automated processing is used, you have the right to data portability and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on this decision.  In the event of any questions and requests regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the address of the company’s registered office.

Security of your personal data

Cool mind s.r.o. ensures the security of the personal data you provide to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to adequately protect your data with regard to the seriousness of its processing. No unauthorized person has access to your personal data that we have obtained from you and we do not transfer it to other entities for further processing without your consent, unless required by law or in the case of protection of our legal interests.

Right to information

You have the right to ask Cool mind s.r.o. for information on what personal data, to what extent and for what purpose we process about you. We will provide you with this information free of charge within a period of no more than 30 days, in exceptional situations within a period of no more than 90 days. We will inform you in a timely manner about any extension of the period in exceptional cases. If you request the disclosure of information that we have recorded about you, we will first need to verify that you are indeed the person to whom this information belongs. Therefore, please provide sufficient identification of your person in your request. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information to identify you before we provide you with the personal data that we process about you. We have the right to reasonably refuse requests for information that are unfounded or disproportionately repetitive, or that would require disproportionate effort to obtain, or that would be difficult to obtain (typically from backup systems, archives, etc.).

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain the personal data that we have recorded about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Based on your request, this data may be transferred to another controller.

Data update, right to correction

Since personal data may change over time (for example, a change of surname), we would be happy if you inform us that there has been a change in your case, so that we can keep your personal data up to date and avoid any errors.  Providing information about changes in data is essential for us to be able to properly perform our activities as the Administrator. This also includes your right to correct the personal data that we record about you. If you find that our data is no longer up to date, you have the right to request its correction.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that the data recorded in this way is inaccurate, or if we are processing it unlawfully, and if you believe that we no longer need this data for the purposes of processing it.

Right to erasure

If you have ever given us consent to the processing of your personal data (for example, your email address in a newsletter), you have the right to withdraw it at any time and we are obliged to erase the data that we process solely on the basis of your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed within the framework of the obligation to perform a contract, legal reasons, or legitimate interests. If some of your data is stored in backup systems that automatically ensure the resilience of all our systems and serve the function of protecting against data loss in the event of accidents, it is not in our power to erase this data even from backup systems and often it is not technically feasible. However, this data is not actively processed in any way and will not be used for other processing purposes.

Websites – log files

If you access and browse our websites, we process the following log files and store them on our servers. The information we store includes:

  • Your browser identifier
We process this information for a maximum of three years.

Cookies

When you visit our website, you are informed that we use technology to collect and store information using cookies on your device. Cookies are small text files that we do not send anywhere, you can delete these files from your browser or disable their use completely. Cookies do not collect any of your personal data, but without these files we cannot ensure the full functionality of the website.

Analysis and statistics

We monitor and analyze the website using analytical services. None of the data that we analyze using this service is your personal data. Using this service, we determine traffic and geographic data, information about the browser and operating system from which you access our website. We use all this information for marketing purposes, for the purpose of further improving the website and content, and also for legal protection purposes.

Transfer of personal data to third countries

There is no transfer of personal data to processors or other recipients in third countries or international organizations.
